- Choose Your Path: Multiple sessions run simultaneously - you decide which ones to attend
- Freedom to Move: Following the "Law of Two Feet," if you're not learning or contributing in a session, you're welcome to move to another
- Flexible Spaces: Sessions take place in various rooms and spaces, allowing for different group sizes and discussion formats
What Makes It Special
- Self-Organization: Topics emerge from participants' real needs and interests
- Shared Leadership: Everyone has the opportunity to lead sessions and contribute
- Deep Learning: Engage in meaningful conversations and collaborative problem-solving
- Organic Networking: Connect with others who share your interests and challenges
Whether you're an experienced practitioner or new to Liberating Structures, Options Place creates opportunities for everyone to learn, share, and grow together. Come ready to participate, contribute, and be surprised by unexpected insights and connections!
Whether you're new to Liberating Structures or have been using them for years, this gathering offers you the chance to connect, collaborate, and co-create in ways beyond the ordinary conference format. Expect meaningful conversations, unexpected insights, and ample room for creativity.
